The short version
We do not collect personal data, we do not sell anything, and we do not run tracking scripts. The coin flip happens on your device, and the result never leaves it. Closing the tab erases your session.
What we collect
Nothing directly. Specifically:
- No names, email addresses or account details — there is no sign-up form.
- No flip results, labels, stats or history. These are kept in page memory only.
- No analytics, advertising identifiers, heatmaps or session recordings.
- No contact form submissions stored on a server — the contact page opens your own mail app.
Like most websites, our host may keep standard technical server logs (IP address, time, requested page, user agent) for security and uptime monitoring. Those logs are handled by the host, are not linked to your flips, and are retained only as long as the host's normal retention window.
What happens in your browser
Every random outcome — coin toss, dice roll and number pick — is generated locally withcrypto.getRandomValues(). The value is chosen, rendered and discarded on your device. There is no round trip to a server, so nobody (including us) can see what the coin landed on.
One feature does touch a browser permission on your request: the "copy results" button on the random number generator writes to your clipboard. That happens only when you press the button, and the copied text is never sent anywhere.
Third-party requests
The site itself sets no third-party cookies and embeds no ads, embeds, pixels or scripts. The single outside request is for the Geist typefaces, loaded from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches those files it sends its usual request headers (including your IP address) to Google, subject toGoogle's privacy policy. No other third party receives data from this site.
Children's privacy
Because no personal information is collected from anyone, nothing is knowingly collected from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through the contact page, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If the site ever gains a feature that changes what is collected — a sign-up, an analytics script, a stored preference — this page will be updated first, and the "last updated" date above will move. Material changes will be called out on this page.
